How fast do you ship out? Answer: Within 1-6 business days depending upon current stock and manufacturer supply.

When will I receive tracking for my order? Answer: As soon as your package ships out.

How long will my order take to arrive? Answer: Usually between 2-10 business days depending upon your location unless your item is a special order or on back order.

Which courier will deliver my package? Answer: We ship via UPS, Fedex, USPS, and private freight carrier. It usually depends on the size of your package and the manufacturer.

If something is out of stock can I back order or special order it? Answer: Yes! Please contact us by phone to place your order.

Can I place my order over the phone? Answer: Yes! We are available 9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST. You can reach us at 941-702-4530.

Do you offer free shipping? Answer: Yes! All orders over $600 ship free within the continental USA only. Any order under $600 incur shipping charges depending upon the location.

Do you ship internationally? Answer: At this time we don't offer international shipping through the website. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or write us to get a free quote.

Do you have a showroom? Answer: We operate out of an office/warehouse in Cheyenne, WY and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online.

Do the bikes come fully assembled? Answer: They come mostly assembled and the required tools to do the rest of the job are included. The parts that need assembly are the handlebars, seat, pedals and front wheel. The only thing you'll need is a bike pump to pump up the tires. We also suggest taking the bike to a local bike shop for a safety inspection before your first ride, and to double check the small things like brakes, cables and wheel trueness.
